I have owned this TV, which I bought from Tiger Direct, for only two years. The picture now appears to be bleeding and distored ont he right size of the screen, and will soon be unwatchable. For the cost of this TV I would have expected it to last more than two years. I will not own another Sceptre product and would adivse others not to buy as well.

Avoid this thing like the plague.I purchased it 3 months ago and when it arrived one of the speakers was blown out.It cost 30$ to return it to Sceptre and low and behold 6 weeks later a used speaker shows up with broken mounting holes.Nice customer service Sceptre.Well I did not want to pay 30$ again to ship it back and I figured the results could be the same so I rigged it to mount but I thought at that time,I hope nothing else goes wrong.Guess what,3 months after I purchased it,it started on fire.We were watching it and it just went blank, 10 seconds later smoke starts pouring out of the back.We quickly unplugged it and had to run it outside.Stunk up the whole house for 2 days. Not only did it almost burn my house down but I get to pay to ship it back to them.I called and tried to get them to pay to have it shipped back to them but they were unbending,no way are they paying.I figure soon I’ll have 1000$ in this thing.Save yourself horrible customer service and huge shipping costs.

Walked in 8:45 PM to local store and purchased unit by 9:00 PM after seeing PC input and seeing the crispness of the fonts and overall performance as a PC monitor - oh by the way works awesome as a TV as well and can run them at the same time - already recommended it to at least 5 people that work out of their home office as I do
