The quality of this monitor is amazing. The colors are brilliant, super crisp picture, no dead pixels, elegant design and of course Tigers get service and shipping. I purchased this monitor after looking at the Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP and the Apple Cinema Display and Samsung’s quality and price was a hands-down winner. The only thing missing with this monitor is an adjustable height stand. But you don’t even get that with an Apple Cinema Display so that wasn’t a problem. There’s no other monitor in this price range that can top it. It’s great monitor for photographers, designers or anyone who loves a great Digital display.

Aesthetics, performance, features, and quality all combine to make one amazing gaming monitor. Optical digital audio port, .25” jack for speakers, HDMI port, DVI, and VGA (switchable on-the-fly), fast response for fast-motion gaming, with no ghosting/blurring. Tack-sharp display makes textures pop. Great colors are enhanced via the calibration software. BF2, BF2142, Crysis, Oblivion, you name it, they all look amazing on this monitor. Makes my Dell E207WFP look like a joke. 1:1 pixels with HDMI for true HD makes PS3/Blu-Ray/XBox 360 media very enjoyable. This means there is no distortion/stretching/smooshing when playing 1080 HD content through the HDMI connection. Pretty much acts like an HDTV, just without the TV tuner or composite connections.
