I have had this product for less than 30 days and I am currently sending the DVD player/receiver in for servicing for the second time. The first issue was it would shut down after 5-10 minutes of operating. Sent it in for repair and they shipped it back with the dvd load tray busted. It wouldn’t close completely and wouldn’t load any dvd’s. I will never buy referbished again, may stay away from samsung products all together.
