How can you electric bill be lower when this set consumes 418 WATTS?!?! That’s nearly twice the average….Sorry, but this set has low resolution and high power consumption.

After completing the instillation, we turned on an HD channel and the first word was - WOW! What a super great picture. Then we learned something that wasn’t mentioned, this set has a feature that controls the volume of commercials to the same level as the programing. The set is just exactly what we wanted and it was $1100 less than a local dealer. The TV arrived 3 days after it was ordered with no problems. Now for the good part. The staff at TigerDirect were great and responded to several questions we had about the technical terms stuff, that most people do not understand, in fact they added a great section to the web site. The buying public does not often receive the help we did, and my wife and I really appreciate it. I have already recommended to a friend this company, it just doesn’t get much better than this. We have had it a Week and are in love with it. We gave up our 57” sony widescreen projection and replaced it with this one and it has a fantastic picture and it is so thin my livingroom looks much bigger now and less cluttered. The only complaint that I have is that the sound quality is poor and it has to be full blast to be able to hear it. I have to invest in a surround sound now.

Great t.v.!!!!!!! I had it for about 2 or 3 weeks now and all I can say is good things, its huge but sleek at the same time. It has a great picture compaired to the other tv’s at tiger direct. I went in the store to buy a 42” Sharp Aquios and ended up liking this tv so much that I caved in and brought this ”Plasma” a tv I never thought I would put in my room. Compaired to the family tv in my living room (Toshiba Plasma 42”) mine is superior.
