I had an off-brand LCD HDTV and wanted to add a larger, better set to the house. I was immediately impressed by how much brighter this set was than my current one. This is a good looking set that works very, very well. I’ve had the unit for about a month now and have had no problems at all. I really like the relatively large number of inputs; this allowed me to do away with the switcher I was using previously and run everything through the tv. I highly recommend this unit.

Local store wanted $312 more for the same unit. Only problem was the tractor-trailer couldn’t get to the front of my house. TV is great and that’s with standard satellite programming - can’t wait till I get the HD channels.

In my humble opinion this is by far the best television in its class, I have been shopping around for a set like this one for months, To find a quality set like this you could easily pay $1,500 dollars for it. I am very happy with this set and will soon purchase the LG 50 inch LCD 1080P. The high def channels are insane, seeing is believing!!

I speant a good amount of time setting this up as I have a complicated system and use different features at different times for the same functions but slightly different. Confused so far? well the remote wasnt. I have my sony LCD bravia/rca receiver/toshiba dvd player/samsung cd player/xbox 360/acer desktop/scientific atlanta HD box/phillips VCR all connected and working perfect with auto set up on all for my viewing choice. This is the remote to get, I just need some rechargeable batteries for long term, or high power battries to ensure long life (the battries in the unit were drained when I received it, but the back up was fine. No complaints and great price to help me become lazier. All it needs now is a butt scratcher.

Wow. What more can I say. I set it up with the software wizards it worked, first time. It took a total of 10 minutes to install the software, answer a few questions about my equipment and it was setup. I highly recommend it.

Not to disrespect Electrical Engineering Degree professionals but they always have trouble in the real world when they actually have to put their hands on something and get it to work. I am a Electronic Technician and we are the ones who actually troubleshoot and fix real life problems. They should just stay up in their room and design. I had no trouble with this remote whatsoever, programmed in 12 minutes. Love it!!!

I have NO idea why ”Jeremy” would review this remote the way he did. If you don’t own this remote and you have a bunch of different AV devices you need to control… You’re an idiot NOT to have this. YES, you have to log in to the website to change the settings on the remote… THAT is what makes it so easy AND future friendly! A new device comes out, you just log in and it’s there! The website allows you to easily control and organize what you want to control and coordinate (lets you setup different settings on ALL your devices so changes the TV to the right mode, the Stereo to the right setting and the DVD player or whatever you are interested in using on) everything you own. Best, you don’t have to monkey around with a bunch of codes punching them into the remote HOPING it’s the right one like other universals. You select it by Manufacturer and Model #. Best yet, if the memory gets erased, batteries die or whatever… it’s saved online so you can easily reset. BUY IT!!!!

Very disappointed with this remote. I’ve spent HOURS online, yes online, setting it up. I understand the logic in downloading the codes from the internet, but setting it up online is pretty F-N stupid. Everytime I want to change something or add a programmed button I need to connect to their website? Seriously Logitech? I own several other Logitech devices (mice, Camera’s, keyboards, gamepads, etc.) and LOVED every single one. But this remote, honestly SUCKS. And FYI - I have an Electrical Engineering Degree, and I still think it Sucks.
