Some crapware but can be removed. All laptop speakers are terrible, I recommend to get some external ones for desktop and collapsible headphones for travel. IBM support was excellent for me. I needed some disks, was on the phone with IBM Tech Support for maybe 3 minutes and they mailed the disks same day. I am looking to buy a second Lenovo for my daughter who is going off to university in about two months.

This is a good laptop, but the speakers are terrible. they are actually almost inauduble, most of the time. I wouldn’t recommend a Lenovo to anyone because of this.
