I am not completely satisfied with my purchase of this computer. I got it out of the box, it turned on great, I set up the wireless connection to get on the net. I was on for a few mins. I shut down the computer. When I turned it on, I have not been able to pull up web pages ever since. I have tried to copy the restore files onto CD’s and it won’t copy the files. So I essentially have no back up or way to restore. I have contacted Gateway, I have tried everything that I have been told would be the problem and have gotten no resolution to either of these issues. If I plug in an Ethernet it runs great. But, really needed this for the wireless capability and that is not what I am getting.

This laptop is great. I am extremely pleased and excited about my purchased. I was a little hesitant at first to purchase a refurb, but it’s brand new as far I can tell. I had reasonable expectations, but I am far more impressed now that I’ve had a couple days to play around with the computer. Everything opens very quickly with no stuttering and multiple programs can be opened without any problems. Excellent value. I use it mainly for internet, music, and photos, but it’s certainly capable of handling anything you throw at it (within reason, of course).
