Pictures are an HP, but I got an IBM monitor and it’s great. I actually prefer it! Had a few screen blemishes that came right off with cleaning. Awesome purchase.

Item was damaged prior to being shipped to me. The box was fine, but the screen was heavily bruised. The LCD enclosure was badly scratched in various places. Looks like someone took sandpaper to it. ”Intensive inspection process by qualified technicians”; my arse. TigerDirect support was touch-and-go, and now I have to wait two weeks til I get an exchange. I’m suspicious that the first review was probably an inside job. Low score is to bring the product rating to three stars so that people think twice before buying a refurb. In all honesty, if the LCD screen itself hadn’t been bruised, I would have been perfectly happy.

Tiger shipped the off-lease 20-in. LCD monitor very quickly. When I unpacked it, I found that the frame or bezel of the monitor had popped apart on one side. This was surprising as the packaging was very good. Fortunately the frame snapped back together with relative ease and seemed unharmed. Cosmetically the monitor is virtually indistinguishable from brand new. The display (LCD panel itself) is breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot comment on the longevity of the monitor since I have only had it for a few days. I have no hesitation giving this 5 stars, and I even ordered another one!
