This laptop is an okay one. Maybe if there were more compatiblity for the operating system then maybe it would be okay. However, we purchased three of them at once…the 1st one’s screen went blank and had no problem replacing it under 30 day warrenty, 2nd one just started showing all these crazy colors…had no problem replacing it even though customer service sucks, they sent another one…and acer which looks nice and it came with Microsoft Office on it thank God, but they kept trying to get us to spend 300 more dollars when we had already spent over 1,000 the first time. However, one laptop is still great! Unfortunately the almost 200 dollar warrenty does not cover screen repairs which totally bs. They need new customer service!

Great Value. The 17 inch screen is incredible. I have had trouble with the DVD Drive, and having trouble with Everex’s Customer Support getting it repaired / replaced.

let me tell you how awesome this laptop is. first,it has a fast amd proccessor. 1 gig ram, i added 2 more. and a dedicated graphics card by invidia. i bought mine new for 800 bucks! fantastic price. my wife got mad at me and took it out on this laptop. she threw it across the room three times. luckily the lid was closed. i opened it up and turned it on and every thing works! great laptop, great price!
