I bought this monitor for $40 cheaper than the current price and I would still be amazed at the value for money even if I paid retail. Actually, I bought two. Their footprint is rather small, but they illuminate the airspace in my room and almost conquer an entire wall’s real estate. They originally came at near 100% brightness and I had to turn them down to about 50, but now they say that they are at about 98% brightness at the 50% level. Multiple resets have not fixed this problem but they still are very bright. No dead pixels, they both even fell a distance of 3.5 feet landing on top of each other and onto a hardwood floor and there was absolutely no damage (I didn’t do this on purpose!). When you sit in front of them though, you’ll wonder why you would ever need anything bigger, their response time is better than my expensive laptop’s and there is no visual tearing. DVI and VGA… can’t go wrong with this one!

Looks great, no dead pixels, great price- can’t go wrong! I bought one 2 months ago, am currently ordering an additional one. I highly recommend this monitor.

I have this monitor for over a year now… Resolution is not that great, there are other monitors same size better Resolution though… The other two we bought came with dead pixels… Acer will exchange it with a refurbish, not a new one.
